Why Zircel?
Fair question. Meet Ben. He'll explain. Well, his Circles will.
Phase 1
Seven apps, three notebooks and one very tired head walk into a bar.
One Sunday, Ben decided to Zircel everything.
A Circle is a place for knowledge about one thing - a family, a flat, a trip. A Note is one piece of it. Some of Ben's Notes are templates: copy one and fill it in.
Ben's own drawer. Nobody else sees it, not even Maya (especially not the gift ideas).
Ben's head is now 30% lighter. He uses the free space for song lyrics.

"Where is...?" messages in the family chat: down about 90%.
Sign up to look insideHis home, and the flat he rents out - all in one place, not in three apps.
The Google Doc, finally somewhere he can find it.
The napkin, promoted.
Ben's town. He started the Circle; now the neighbors add what they know.
Ben is now the unofficial mayor of Maple Hill. The power has not gone to his head. Much.
Sign up to look insideRiverside, every other weekend. Ben doesn't live there, but he knows where to park.
A hobby gets a Circle too. Ten runners, one route, strong opinions about a hill.
One search box across all his Circles - typed, or said out loud

Phase 2
New city, zero clues, one umbrella that gave up on day one.
For their anniversary, Maya booked Brussels. Ben's entire knowledge of Brussels: waffles, rain, and a very small statue doing something very rude in public.
They land. It rains (see: knowledge). Ben taps Find Circles Near Me on Explore, and straight away up comes Brussels Food - locals and travelers who already made every mistake for him. One tap, and he's in.
Written by people who live there and people who ate there.
Ben ate like a local. He still walked like a tourist, but one thing at a time.
Sign up to look insideThe trip itself lives in Ben's Trips: the hotel, the train home, and a packing list with a box that says "Umbrella (a better one)".
Phase 3
Two hungry kids, one fuzzy memory, and 350 meters.
A Saturday in Oakbridge, the town Ben grew up in. The kids are hungry - the loud kind of hungry. Ben's memory offers: "There was a bakery... somewhere... in 1996."
But Ben's Notes know where they are - when he saved each one, Find a place near me attached the spot he was standing on. So he opens Explore and taps Find Notes Near Me. Zircel checks the Notes he can see against where he is right now:
Four minutes later: warm pastries, quiet children. The kids are impressed. With Ben. First time since 2019.
Ben still forgets things. He just doesn't lose them anymore.
Ben, his family and their towns are made up. The features are real.
